Professional Developmant
Professional development funds are available each year to support development activities such as training, workshops, conferences, and job related course work. The Director, according to grants, designates funds for these activites based on organizational need, availability of funds, and relevancy of the training to the staff member's job responsibility, and individual staff need.
Retirement Plan
All EES employees are eligible to participate in BTSD/Early Education Services 403(b) plan. Benefited employees contributing at least 1% of their pay will receive a 4% match. Non-benefited employees who participate are not eligible to receive a match but are encouraged to enroll.
