Fatherhood Programs
Dedicated Dads
Our group meets every Thursday night form 6pm-8pm. Our focus is to become better dads for our children and our families. We do this by having open discussions about what it means to be a man today and a modern father. Every few weeks we have special guests come in and share their expertise with us, from child development to health and nutrition, self development and Father Goose. We also do role plays, debates and small group exercises to improve our skills in communication, problem solving and co-parenting. We have family gatherings, like our summer cookout, dad and kid events, a trip to the Butterfly Museum and just dad events, such as bowling. Every meeting starts out by reading the Fathers Group Code that talks about confidentiality and respectful communication.
Dads from Early Education Services and dads from the community are welcome to join us. There is no cost to participants to join the group. To find out more, contact Josh Miller for an intake interview. Being a good dad requires a lot of work and were here to help you be the best dad you can be.
